Working at Wintermute
Wintermute is a global company with offices in London and Singapore. It opened its US office in early 2025 and it is set to grow significantly over the next several years. It’s a unique opportunity to play a role in the early rapid expansion of Wintermute Americas.
The Role
We are hiring across multiple levels within our Business Development & Partnerships team — Associate, Manager and Director — depending on experience.

Grow Wintermute's institutional OTC business across traditional finance and crypto-native markets, including spot, derivatives, voice and electronic/RFQ trading.
Identify, originate and develop relationships with institutional counterparties including hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms, family offices and other financial institutions.
Grow Wintermute's liquidity provision business by developing relationships with leading crypto projects, foundations, VCs and other ecosystem participants.
Build and deepen strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, brokers and other financial infrastructure providers.
Work closely with trading and product teams to develop and launch new products, including gathering client feedback, testing market demand and supporting go-to-market strategy.
Own opportunities from initial engagement through onboarding, commercial negotiation and activation.
Develop and execute structured growth plans across specific markets, client segments or products.
Monitor market developments, product launches and broader trends across digital assets and proactively identify new commercial opportunities.
Maintain a structured business development process, including effective use of CRM, pipeline management and follow-ups.
