We're replacing fragmented corporate financial tooling with a single workspace across web and mobile.
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the design of meaningful parts of the Lisk product end-to-end - from research and problem framing through flows, high-fidelity UI, launch, and iteration. You'll work across our core surfaces and partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ship.
This isn't a role where you inherit a mature design system and polish screens. We're early-stage, which means a lot of customer research still to do - you'll spend real time with users, validate patterns in the open, and turn those learnings into design direction. You'll define foundational UX patterns from first principles, design around a stack with deep third-party integrations, and make calls that shape how businesses move money globally.
We're a remote-first team spread across the world. Working across time zones pushes us to communicate clearly, keep context open, and move quickly without unnecessary friction. Our working hours center around European time zones. We trust people to take ownership, make decisions, and deliver outcomes - while staying aligned through a mix of real-time teamwork and async communication.
