Ethereum Institutional is seeking a Head of US to lead its institutional presence across the United States. The role focuses on strengthening relationships within traditional finance and positioning Ethereum as foundational infrastructure for future financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build senior relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, financial infrastructure providers, and fintech companies.
• Represent Ethereum Institutional at events, executive forums, private roundtables, and workshops.
• Develop institutional partnerships and deliver briefings covering tokenization, stablecoins, and onchain finance.
• Translate market feedback into strategic insights and support institutional content and thought leadership.
• Connect institutions with Ethereum ecosystem participants and contribute to fundraising and sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in traditional finance.
• Strong knowledge of institutional products, workflows, and client relationships.
• Meaningful experience with digital assets and Ethereum.
• An established network across United States financial institutions.
• Strong executive communication, relationship development, and independent working skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with institutional digital asset initiatives or Ethereum infrastructure.
• Experience convening institutional audiences through events or working groups.
• Ability to identify strategic opportunities for ecosystem growth.
