The Ethereum Foundation (EF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the Ethereum ecosystem in realizing the potential of Ethereum as an open, neutral infrastructure for the world. Your Mission:

Support the Ethereum Foundation’s finance team by helping manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, helping ensure financial processes, reporting and payments run smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and highly detail-oriented.

What You’ll Do:

Finance & Accounting related activities:

• Run AP reports, track and make payments
• Process and record vendor invoices in internal systems
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation to finance platforms
• Coordinate vendor payments and notify vendors when payments have been completed.
• Invoice collection and uploading to platform;
• Inform vendors when payment have been made;

Reporting related activities:

• Maintain and update various reports to stakeholders (monthly finance report, cost center report)
• Support stakeholders by ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date

Data Entry related activities:

• Maintain and update financial data across multiple internal platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, organization, and consistency across systems

What You Bring:

• Exceptional attention to detail and take pride in accurate work
• Reliable and consistent when handling financial data and documentation
• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with a distributed global team
• Have a diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two years of experience working in Finance.
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and a solutions-first mindset.
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheet / Excel
• Strong proficiency in English, speaking and writing
• Have a valid passport and be able to travel
• Willing to work flexible hours

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working in a remote environment with international teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with Looker Data Studio is a plus but not required
