We are looking for a Legal Operations Associate to join our global Legal team. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support across core legal workflows, including KYC and AML processes, contract and grant documentation, legal intake, and internal process management. You will help ensure that legal work moves forward accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role is execution-focused. It is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning legal processes.

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our small, high-impact global Legal team. This role focuses on the Ethereum Foundation’s internal and operational legal matters, including employment and contractor issues, commercial and event-related contracts, intellectual property, and data protection. The ideal candidate combines strong legal training with sound judgement and the ability to operate independently across a broad range of issues in a fast-moving, international environment.

The Technical Producer is responsible for the end-to-end technical production of Devcon, the Ethereum Foundation's flagship annual conference. This role ensures flawless execution of all audiovisual elements, live-streaming operations, and technical coordination across multiple stages and breakout rooms serving 10,000+ attendees.

We’re seeking passionate and collaborative individuals who are excited about testing Ethereum to help reduce the risk of software failures across the protocol. As part of the EF Testing Team, you'll collaborate with other testers, dev operatooors, client developers, and protocol researchers to ensure protocol upgrades are thoroughly and efficiently tested.

We are looking for a Communications Wizard to plan and execute communications for Devcon 8. The role includes responsibility for communications strategy and execution across narrative, campaigns, social media, video, press, creators, paid distribution, and performance tracking.

As a Production Magician, you’ll be part of our in-house event production team using your local knowledge, local connection, and event production experience to help make Devcon great. You’ll be handling many diverse requests that may come from our partner teams who are hosting events or from our team.

The APAC Policy Manager will track critical regional and national policy developments across the Asia-Pacific region, translate complex issues for technical and ethereum community audiences, and coordinate relevant ecosystem policy strategy. You’ll build strategies, resources, and processes that enable others (e.g., local associations, civil society, researchers, and builders) to engage effectively and responsibly; while the Ethereum Foundation remains focused on convening, education, and information-sharing.

As a People Ops Partner (POP), you’ll directly support the teams that form one of EF’s clusters, as their day-to-day People partner. You’ll be trusted to handle sensitive topics with care, guide team leads through people decisions, and strengthen team health through coaching, clear process, and practical conflict resolution. Simultaneously, you’ll also help drive and execute cross-org People Ops initiatives that improve how we work at scale.

The Devcon Programming Lead is someone who can create and (most-challengingly) execute on processes, who loves to collaborate with the community, and who can herd community reviewers while recognizing the high-level topics and challenges the Ethereum ecosystem needs to address today.
