We led the initial development of the Aztec Network, the first permissionless, decentralised and programmable privacy Layer 2 on Ethereum. After the launch of the Aztec Network, we shifted our focus towards developing groundbreaking privacy apps on the Network.
We're looking for a highly versatile Go-to-Market Lead to own the growth and adoption of one of our flagship products.
This is not a traditional marketing role, business development role, or product role. It's a hybrid position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is excited to take commercial ownership of a product from end to end.
You might spend a few hours interviewing users to understanding friction points, then a few hours writing product content or launching a growth campaign, and then a few hours speaking with strategic partners. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to help shape product direction while driving user adoption and engagement.
Success in this role requires creativity, strong commercial instincts, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to solve problems wherever they appear.
