Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol and builds products including the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, Trading API, and infrastructure for Unichain. Its early-career engineering cohort gives new graduates production ownership, mentorship, and opportunities to grow across the full stack.
Engineers will join an engineering pod, ship production code in their first weeks, and work with a dedicated senior engineer responsible for their growth. This is a full-time, on-site role at the New York City headquarters, five days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Ship well-tested production code used by millions across web applications, backend services, infrastructure, and potentially smart contracts.
- Work closely with an assigned senior mentor and engineering pod through pairing, code review, and direct ownership.
- Move across different parts of the technology stack while learning to build complete products rather than isolated components.
- Work in person with the team at the New York City headquarters five days per week.
What We Look For

- Strong computer-science fundamentals and the ability to learn new languages and systems quickly.
- Genuine interest in crypto and DeFi; prior crypto experience is not required.
- Ability to work from the New York office five days per week.
