Marketing Manager

About Plume

Plume is a public, cross chain compatible blockchain built for Real World Assets (RWAs). We go beyond tokenization — enabling assets to be used like crypto: stake, swap, lend, borrow, loop, and more. By integrating institutional‑grade assets with DeFi tools, Plume makes private credit, ETFs, commodities, and other traditionally inaccessible assets permissionless, composable, and usable at a click. Our mission: bridge traditional finance and crypto through adoption without sacrificing transparency or user experience.

• 180+ RWA companies building dapps and tokenizing assets on Plume’s testnet, ranging from collectibles and real estate to equities and private credit
• 50+ technology partners working with Plume and offering special services to our ecosystem partners
• Experienced team of 20+ crypto, finance, and tech professionals from:
  • Crypto: Coinbase, dYdX, LayerZero, Binance, Galaxy Digital, Kraken
  • Finance/Tech: JP Morgan, Robinhood, Fidelity, Google, Coupa, Affirm
• Backed by great investors and operators including: YZi Labs, Brevan Howard, Haun Ventures, Galaxy Digital, F-Prime Lightspeed, Faction, Superscrypt, SV Angel, and more

Job Summary

Plume is hiring a Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and content that build awareness and trust in Plume across both crypto-native and institutional audiences. You will own campaign execution across channels — content, social, community, and partner co-marketing — working closely with Product, BD, and Design to translate complex RWA tokenization concepts into compelling, credible narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, social, email, and community channels to drive awareness and adoption.
• Own Plume's content calendar, including blog posts, threads, newsletters, and educational content explaining RWAfi concepts to varied audiences.
• Partner with Design on campaign assets, landing pages, and launch materials for new products and partnerships.
• Coordinate co-marketing with issuer and institutional partners around new asset launches and integrations.
• Manage and grow Plume's social presence (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram) and community engagement programs.
• Track and report on campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and iterate based on data.
• Support BD and leadership with talking points, one-pagers, and materials for conferences and press.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or another technical/regulated industry.
• Strong writing skills; able to make complex financial and technical concepts clear and compelling.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns and measuring performance against clear KPIs.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Design in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with crypto-native channels and community norms (X, Discord, Telegram).

Preferred Experience

• Prior marketing experience at a crypto protocol, exchange, or DeFi project.
• Experience marketing to both retail crypto users and institutional/TradFi audiences simultaneously.
• Familiarity with RWA tokenization, DeFi primitives, or securities-adjacent marketing compliance considerations.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, equity/token allocation, and comprehensive benefits.
• Significant ownership over campaigns and channels from day one.
• A collaborative, remote-first team building category-defining products in RWAfi.
• Direct exposure to product launches, partnerships, and the broader crypto/TradFi ecosystem.
