Eclipse Referral Bonus Program
Eclipse’s referral program rewards people who introduce candidates who are subsequently hired into full-time roles. Both employees and external referrers can participate, with separate submission routes and bonus amounts.
Reward
- Employees receive $10K for a qualifying hire; external referrers receive $5K.
- The candidate must complete 30 days of employment before the bonus becomes payable.
- Where multiple people refer the same candidate, the first referrer receives the credit.
Scope
- Referrals may be made for any full-time role at Eclipse.
- The linked external-referral agreement excludes candidates already in the company’s recruitment process when referred and does not limit the number of referrals.
Rules
- Employees must submit through Greenhouse as a referral to receive credit.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of the program terms.
- The external-referral agreement describes payment by direct deposit and allows either party to end the agreement by written notice.
Submission Process
- External referrers should follow the main program page’s instruction to email people@eclipse.builders. Identify the role and referrer in the subject, and provide the candidate’s full name, resume and useful supporting links.
- Employees should use the Greenhouse referral workflow.
- The linked agreement instead directs candidates to team@eclipse.builders, with referral details provided before or at their first contact. Confirm the current submission route with Eclipse because these two official instructions differ.
