Plume is hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for core RWA products such as asset onboarding, vaults, compliance infrastructure, or partner integrations.
About the Role
The role owns product priorities and works daily with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development.
The product area may include asset onboarding, the Nest vault ecosystem, compliance and KYC infrastructure, or external partner integrations.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap and prioritization for an assigned product area.
- Balance user needs, regulatory constraints, technical tradeoffs, and business objectives.
- Write product requirements, specifications, and success metrics and lead sprint planning and grooming.
- Work with Legal and Compliance throughout product planning and delivery.
- Scope issuer, custodian, and institutional-partner integrations with Business Development.
- Define and track activation, TVL, retention, and transaction-success metrics.
- Analyze competitors across the tokenized RWA market.
- Represent users internally and make final product tradeoff decisions for the assigned area.
Requirements
Required Experience and Skills
- At least four years of product-management experience.
- Experience with at least one zero-to-one or one-to-many product launch is preferred by the source.
- Ability to turn ambiguous cross-functional problems into a shippable roadmap.
- Technical fluency sufficient for architecture discussions with engineers.
- Strong written communication and the ability to align stakeholders efficiently.
- Ability to define metrics, interpret dashboards, and make data-informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or another regulated environment.
- Knowledge of tokenization, custody, smart contracts, securities rules, KYC, AML, or EVM concepts.
- Experience shipping products with enterprise or institutional partners.
