About ConsenSys

Consensys Incorporated is an independent blockchain infrastructure company, spun out of Consensys Software Inc — one of the world's leading blockchain technology companies and the primary development organization behind the Ethereum ecosystem.

We build and operate neutral, enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure that connects banks, asset managers, custodians, and financial market infrastructures to digital asset networks, meeting the non-negotiable standards of institutional finance: privacy, scalability, resilience, security, and regulatory readiness.

Headquartered in Miami, Florida, and operating across the US, Europe, and Australia, Consensys Incorporated launched as an independent entity in September 2026 and is building the team to match its ambition.

Why this role exists?

Our infrastructure is being built from the ground up — observability, deployment tooling, incident management and the systems that keep everything running reliably. We’re looking for someone early in their DevOps career who wants to learn by working on real code and infrastructure, alongside a small team of experienced engineers.

You’ll get hands-on experience across the full operational stack: deploying services, improving monitoring, automating repetitive work, troubleshooting issues and gradually taking ownership of more as you grow.

Your job is simple: learn quickly, ask good questions, build things properly, and become someone the team can rely on.

What you’ll do

• Help build and improve our code, infrastructure and process to make our java developers go faster
• Help build cloud deployment solutions for AWS and Azure
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines in Github Actions
• Setup monitoring and tracking tools to support developer teams
• On a daily basis you will be part of an agile, often multinational scrum team delivering high standard production software

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
• Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication and organization
• Willingness to constantly learn & improve, challenging yourself to stay at the top of your game
• Ability to bring back any learning and advocate for or implement improvements to troubleshooting documentation or software
• Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks
• Experience in Systems Engineering on Linux/Unix Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Bonus points for

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with a cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• Experience with automation systems like Ansible, Chef or equivalent
• Understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum

Don't check all of the boxes? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role.
