Areta is seeking a Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager to build and own the firm’s marketing function as we continue to scale our digital assets investment banking platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating live transactions, strategic insights, and ecosystem activity into high-quality, consistent external communication. You will work closely with the founders and senior bankers to shape Areta’s market positioning, founder brand presence, and content strategy across channels.

This is a builder role. You will be the first dedicated marketing hire and will set the foundations, processes, and cadence for how Areta presents itself to founders, investors, and the broader digital assets ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute Areta’s marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X, website, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent, professional, and institutional presence.
• Translate M&A mandates, capital raises, research, and conference activity into structured marketing output, including deal announcements, case studies, insight posts, and thought leadership.
• Build and manage content calendars for the firm and its founders, including drafting and ghostwriting posts aligned with each founder’s voice and current market themes.
• Coordinate end-to-end content production, including briefing internal teams, structuring raw input, managing approvals, and scheduling publication.
• Support external visibility initiatives, including podcasts, media outreach, PR opportunities, and event-related content before, during, and after conferences.
• Maintain basic marketing analytics and reporting, tracking awareness, engagement, inbound leads, and newsletter growth, with clear monthly updates.
• Ensure brand consistency across visuals, messaging, website pages, and core marketing materials, coordinating with external designers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services, investment banking, consulting, fintech, or crypto infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience owning a content calendar and publishing rhythm across multiple channels.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to turn technical or financial topics into clear, credible content.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a lean, high-expectation environment.
• Experience working with founder-led or expert-driven brands and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or capital markets is a strong plus.

What we offer:

• Ownership of the marketing function at a globally active digital assets advisory firm.
• Direct collaboration with founders and senior bankers on live transactions and strategic initiatives.
• High visibility role shaping Areta’s external positioning and brand as the firm scales.
• Exposure to leading founders, investors, and operators across the crypto and fintech ecosystem.
• Competitive compensation with scope for increased responsibility as the platform grows.
