Support and scale Securitize’s financial planning and analysis function through reporting, forecasting, modeling, reconciliation, and audit-ready processes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to support and help scale Securitize's financial planning and analysis function as a newly public company. Securitize (NYSE: SECZ) completed its business combination and began trading on the NYSE in July 2026. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting or finance foundation who is excited to build durable reporting infrastructure and ensure data integrity between historical actuals and forward-looking forecasts.
Operating on a public company reporting calendar, you will play a key role in budget vs. actual reporting, variance and flux analysis, quarterly board and earnings support, and maintaining financial models in Datarails and NetSuite. This is a hands-on role on a small team, with meaningful ownership and direct exposure to the rigor of public company reporting and high-growth fintech operations.
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & System Integrity
- Prepare and maintain recurring budget vs. actual (BvA) reporting across business lines and legal entities to ensure visibility into spend and revenue performance.
- Own the data flow and integrity between NetSuite (GL source of truth) and Datarails, including mapping, dimension hygiene, and reconciliation of actuals.
- Support monthly and quarterly variance and flux analysis, identifying key drivers in a form usable for MD&A, 10-Q, and 10-K support.
- Build and maintain standardized reporting templates and schedules to track AUM, transaction volume, and revenue growth across the business.
- Support quarterly board reporting packages and earnings preparation materials, including tie-outs to reported financials.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the annual budget and rolling forecast cycles in Datarails, including scenario builds and forecast-to-forecast walks.
- Maintain operating expense and headcount models across multiple entities and currencies, including employer payroll tax and benefits logic.
- Update assumptions and inputs for revenue models, including AUM-based fees, servicing fees, and transaction-based streams.
- Partner with Accounting, People Ops, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve data questions during forecast cycles.
Process Execution & Controls
- Maintain FP&A workflows and documentation to an audit-ready standard, including support for SOX-relevant controls and external audit requests.
- Improve reporting processes through automation and cleanup to increase the speed and accuracy of financial insight.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from the VP of FP&A, CFO, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting. Public company experience is strongly preferred.
- System Expertise (Mandatory): Proficiency in NetSuite is required. You must understand ERP data structure, segment and subsidiary dimensions, and how to extract and map that data into financial models.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel is required (structured modeling, complex formulas, large data sets). Datarails runs through an Excel add-in, so Excel fluency is a functional prerequisite, not a preference. Google Sheets proficiency is secondary.
- Education: Strong foundational understanding of financial statements and US GAAP. An accounting background, CPA, or active CPA track is highly valued.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision required for managing financial data on a public reporting calendar.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a small, high-ownership team building the "TradFi-DeFi" bridge in a fast-moving regulatory and product environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Datarails or another modern FP&A/EPM planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Planful, Vena, Adaptive).
- Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience.
- Experience at a high-growth fintech or financial services company, or at a company through a SPAC/IPO and its first public reporting cycles.
- Exposure to SEC reporting, SOX 404 readiness, or external audit support.
- Interest in blockchain, tokenization, and the future of on-chain capital markets.
