Morph is hiring a Token Growth Lead to own BGB growth strategy, DeFi integrations, token utility, partnerships, and execution across internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

We are hiring a Token Growth Lead (BGB) to own and scale the performance of BGB. This role sits at the intersection of growth, DeFi strategy, and execution, with responsibility for driving token adoption, utility, and ecosystem impact.

You will not only ensure execution of token initiatives, but also define growth strategy, prioritise opportunities, and act as the directly responsible individual across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Token Growth & Strategy

• Own and drive BGB growth strategy, including adoption, engagement, and utility expansion
• Identify and prioritise growth levers across product, DeFi integrations, and partnerships
• Define and execute initiatives to scale BGB from 1→10, not just maintain operations

Project Ownership & Execution

• Serve as the primary owner for all BGB-related initiatives at Morph

Drive execution across:

• Tokenomics (emissions, governance, burns, incentive programs)
• Exchange and wallet listings (coordination, timelines, dependencies)
• Public data & visibility
• Ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritised, and delivered on schedule
• Identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs; proactively resolve or escalate

DeFi Strategy & Performance

• Develop and own the DeFi strategy for BGB across DEX and partner protocols
• Define and communicate a clear roadmap for DeFi integration and growth
• Monitor and optimise key metrics including TVL, liquidity, and user activity
• Translate performance insights into actionable growth initiatives

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Ensure ownership, timelines, and dependencies are clearly defined and executed
• Drive alignment, decision-making, and follow-through across teams
• Maintain clear and consistent communication on progress, risks, and priorities

External Partnerships & Ecosystem Execution

• Work closely with external partners, protocols, and platforms to expand BGB use cases
• Support and execute joint initiatives that drive token adoption and liquidity
• Represent Morph in key discussions where needed

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi, tokenomics, and Web3 ecosystems
• Experience in growth, strategy, or operations within crypto / Web3
• Proven ability to own and scale initiatives end-to-end (not just coordinate)
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving performance metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Success Measures

• Defined and executed a clear BGB growth roadmap with measurable impact
• Achieved improvements in liquidity, and active usage
• Launched or scaled new BGB use cases / integrations across ecosystem and partners
• Established strong cross-functional execution rhythm across teams
• Became the clear owner for all BGB-related initiatives
