1. Enjoys diving into Dune Analytics, Flipside, or raw RPC data to satisfy their curiosity
2. Regularly shares interesting discoveries from crypto data through writing or social media
3. Can go from raw data to published insight in hours, not weeks

We need someone who treats data exploration as an adventure—not every investigation will yield results, but when you do find something meaningful, it can reshape how people understand crypto.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Explore and Publish

1. Dig through on-chain data, developer activity, and protocol metrics to uncover hidden insights
2. Transform discoveries into Twitter threads, blog posts, and data visualizations

Build Dashboard Sites to Drive the Narrative

Requirements

1. 2+ years creating data-driven content or analysis
2. Strong SQL skills and comfort with complex datasets
3. Python proficiency (Pandas, Jupyter, etc.) for analysis and automation
4. Excellent storytelling abilities—you turn complexity into clear, compelling insights
5. Self-directed and able to thrive in an independent, fast-moving environment

1. Have hands-on experience with on-chain data (DeFi, NFTs, staking, infrastructure)
2. Build Dune dashboards or use similar blockchain analytics tools
3. Already publish crypto analysis online (Twitter, Mirror, Substack, anywhere)
4. Are a pro at using AI tools (GPT-4, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate your work
5. Bring a background in content creation, journalism, or technical writing
